Ripper's Store Policy:

At Ripperdoos we want you to be happy and become a return customer. In the event you are not satisfied with a product please contact us to arrange a return. We have carefully hand chosen all of our products and will not sell an item if our own dogs do not like it. We will not share your information for any reason.

Order Cancellations and Changes

Ripperdoos will process orders as quickly as possible. If your order has not been processed you may cancel or revise you order. Please e-mail your cancelation or change order request to Bark@ripperdoos.com Please be sure to include your contact information. We regretfully cannot accept returns or exchanges on custom orders. Please take accurate measurements and please proof read all text and carefully double check your order confirmation for any typos or errors.

Non-deliverable/Refused/Unclaimed orders

If for any reason your shipment is non-deliverable or refused/unclaimed we will attempt to contact you via phone to confirm the correct shipping information. If the error is due to information provided to Ripperdoos by the customer, the customer will be charged additional appropriate shipping charges.

Return of Defective Products

In the unlikely event that your order comes to you in defective condition please contact Paul or Melissa @ bark@ripperdoos.com for instructions on returns the item. We pledge to do our best to provide you with quality items on our site but realize that no one is perfect. It is our goal to provide you with first quality merchandise the first time around. Our dogs have tested most of the products on the site so we can proudly say "Ripley tested and Cookie approved."

Payment

Ripperdoos accepts payment via MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, certified check or money order. Personal checks are not accepted and will be returned.

Secure payments through PayPal with your credit card, bank account or PayPal account. PayPal account is not required.
